Campus is one of the nicest facilities of its kind in the Baltimore metro area!

To join Campus Cabana, the applicant is required to purchase a bond in the amount of $500. This is a one-time investment which will be returned to you when you leave the organization and the Board is able to replace your membership.

There is also a one-time, non-refundable improvement assessment fee of $200.

In addition, the first year and all following years, the annual membership/management fee is approximately $600 plus $125 per person that will be joining the pool (price subject to change).

The membership in Campus Cabana has been limited to 400 families (bonds). This seems to generate an optimum pool population. The facility never becomes too crowded, yet the member base is large enough to generate enough income to keep the annual membership fees reasonable.

Our membership is currently full (400 bonds). However, we encourage those interested families to fill out the form as we have an attrition rate of approximately ten percent per year. The applicants are put on a waiting list on a first come, first serve basis. So don’t wait. We go by the date your form is submitted. Notification of your position on the waiting list is mailed each year in the early summer.

There are three important things to note:

• Please don’t forget the two current bondholder sponsors. Our bylaws require these. If they are not included on your form, your invitation will be delayed.
• Please use the online form.
• There is a $50 fee to add your name to the wait list. This is required when submitting the form.
